This virtual training provides a comprehensive introduction to key aspects of early childhood and brain development, as well as the crucial role caregivers and educators, play in helping children learn effective stress-management strategies. For Early Childhood Educators working with children 0-6 years of age.

This training is 2.5 hours virtual. You will receive an email closer to the date with your preschool/Kindergarten Kids Have Stress Too guidebook.

In partnership with the Government Alberta, AHVNA will provide PD funding to licensed educators for the hours allotted to this training. Funding will be mailed directly to Early Childhood Educators who register for training. In order to register, centres must be a member of AHVNA; one membership of $100 allows for any Early Childhood Educator within that agency to register for training through these grants.
